As a professional engineer and certified construction manager with over 25 years of experience, Sam has the knowledge and discipline to oversee complex construction projects to a successful completion. Sam manages and provides training for staff to ensure that the service provided to our clients exceed expectations.

One of CM&E’s founding partners, Ryan brings fresh perspectives to construction management and engineering design. With extensive experience in large public and private sector projects, Ryan provides visionary leadership and direction to our staff of professional to provide our clients the best solutions with the highest level of service.

Director of Design + Survey

As CM&E’s principal in charge of design and survey, Wes brings over 24 years of experience in leading our project teams with an in-depth knowledge and innovative approach. Wes’ experience in public and private sector projects of all sizes, combined with his calming influence and demeanor, provides our clients with a sense of comfort that their needs are met.

David Miran, PLS

Head of Survey Section

David manages CM&E’s survey section and has over 20 years of experience as a civil engineer and surveyor. David is part of the civil design/surveyor team that have been together for over two decades, developing collaborative, professional relationships with clients as well as with each other. David is a registered Hawaii Land Surveyor who is very knowledgeable and is able to communicate the needs of a project cohesively and clearly.
